Job Overview:

Little Pasitos Bilingual Preschool is seeking multiple bilingual, dedicated, and nurturing Childcare Providers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in childcare, a passion for working with children, and the ability to create a safe and nurturing environment for young learners.

We are looking for Infant Lead Teachers, Infant Assistant Teachers, Toddler Lead Teachers, Toddler Assistant Teachers, Pre-K 3 Lead Teachers, Pre-K 3 Assistant Teachers, Pre-K 4 Lead Teachers, Pre-K 4 Assistant Teachers, and Floaters/Aids that are able to fluently speak Spanish and English to join our Little Pasitos Family.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide attentive care to children in a safe and supportive environment

-Lesson Planning age approprite activities

- Engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development

- Maintain a clean and organized childcare setting

- Monitor and ensure the safety of all children under your supervision

- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns

Skills:

-Patience working with young children

-Punctuality

- Experience in babysitting, daycare, or related childcare roles

- Knowledge of childhood development and behavior management techniques

- Ability to work with toddlers and preschool-aged children

- Strong classroom management skills

- Certification in first aid is preferred

- Familiarity with caregiving responsibilities for young children

Requirements:

-Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.

-2 years of experince working in Child Care

-First Aid and CPR certified

-Background checks within 60 months
