Child Care Teacher

Part Time Teacher Position:

• Must be available to work Monday-Friday, 1200PM-5:30 (OPS holidays and summer time)
• Pay is hourly and based on work experience. 20-35 Hours Per week during OPS holiday times.

Requirements:

• 18 Years or older
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Able to pass a background check
• Willing to obtain Basic Health and Safety trainings as per Licensing Regulations
• Knowledgeable of the social, emotional, and creative needs of children
• Execute daily health and safety procedures in accordance with the Department of Health and Louisiana State Licensing Regulations
• Appropriately supervise children to keep them safe at all times
• Assist children with activities of daily life (e.g., diapering, feeding, dressing)
• Able to communicate with parents and colleges effectively and professionally
• Dependable transportation
• Valid Drivers License

Full Time Teacher Position:

• Must be available to work Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:30 (OPS holiday closures and summer time)
• Pay is hourly and based on work experience. 30-40Hours Per week during OPS holiday times.

Requirements:

• 18 Years or older
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Able to pass a background check
• Willing to obtain Basic Health and Safety trainings as per Licensing Regulations
• Knowledgeable of the social, emotional, and creative needs of children

Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour
