Child Care Teacher

Rainbow Junction Child Care Center is seeking a full-time teacher to work in our child care center. The successful candidate must have experience working with children, have a flexible mindset, display initiative, and be a team player. Hours and salary are negotiable based upon availability, education, and experience. Rainbow Junction is an equal opportunity employer.

• High School Diploma is required; Bachelor Degree is preferred
• Previous child care experience or experience working with children in another setting is required
• Ability to assist with the planning and execution of lessons
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Patience, flexibility and a willingness to accept responsibility in unexpected situations
• Ability to lift, hold, and move children up to 35 pounds
• Child Abuse History Clearance
• PA State Criminal Background Clearance
• FBI Criminal Background Clearance
• NSOR Clearance
• Health Physical and TB Test
• Pediatric First Aid, CPR, & AED Training
• Mandatory Professional Development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
