Position Overview

We are looking for a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic EDUCATOR to join our team. The ideal candidate loves working with children, you will communicate with parents and staff, and help create a positive, inclusive atmosphere.

What You Will Do:

• Always supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences.
• Support children’s emotional, social, and developmental growth.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents and team members.
• Follow all center policies, licensing regulations, and safety procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children in a licensed childcare or educational setting (we will train you)
• Follow all center policies, licensing regulations and safety procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Early Childhood Education certification preferred but not required).
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Must pass a Fingerprint background check.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Passion for working with children and helping them reach their potential.
