Child Care Teacher

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Childcare teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a safe and nurturing environment for them to thrive.

Duties:
- Provide attentive care to children in a safe and compassionate manner
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the children's physical, emotional, and intellectual growth
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
- Monitor children's behavior and implement positive discipline when needed
- Ensure the safety of all children in your care at all times

Skills:
- Experience in childhood development, infant care, preschool, or caregiving
- Knowledge of special education practices is a plus
- Ability to manage children's behavior effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with classroom management techniques
- Ability to adapt to different age groups and individual needs of children
