Position: Early Childhood Teacher (Full-Time & Part-Time Available)
Location: Wilmington, NC
Pay Range: $14.00 – $20.00/hour (based on experience and education)

Schedules Include:

Part-Time Closing Teacher:
Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Full-Time Rotating Shifts:
6:20 AM – 3:20 PM
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Your Role in the Classroom

In this position, you’ll help create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment where children can thrive. You will:

• Develop and lead engaging, play-based learning activities
• Create a safe, welcoming classroom that supports each child’s growth
• Design spaces that encourage exploration and creativity
• Communicate with families to share progress and celebrate milestones

What You Bring

We’re looking for caring, motivated individuals who are passionate about early education. Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience in a preschool, daycare, or early learning setting
• Knowledge of child development and classroom practices
• A valid North Carolina Qualifying Letter (required)
• CDA or Associate’s degree (or higher) in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• BSAC certification (required for part-time after-school roles)
