Child Care Teacher / Early Childhood Caregiver

Job Description:

We are seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Child Care Worker to join our team! The ideal candidate has a passion for working with young children and creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports early learning and development.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
• Assist with daily routines such as meals, naps, and playtime
• Encourage positive behavior and social interaction
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with parents and team members

Qualifications:

• Experience working with young children (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (CDA or early childhood education coursework is a plus)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patient, reliable, and attentive
• Ability to pass background checks as required
