What You’ll Do Every Day

• Lead a warm, engaging classroom environment that supports the physical, emotional, and spiritual development of each child.

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons using play-based, interactive approaches.

• Communicate clearly and consistently with families about children’s progress, daily routines, and milestones.

• Model patience, professionalism, and positivity while collaborating with your co-teachers and leadership team.

• Ensure a safe, structured, and faith-filled environment where children thrive and grow in God’s love.

What You Bring

• Completion of the 45 hours of required child care training (DCF-approved).

• Prior experience teaching in a licensed child care or ministry-based program.

• A nurturing, dependable presence with strong classroom management and organizational skills.

• A genuine love for children and a desire to integrate faith into everyday teaching.

• Education in Early Childhood or a CDA is preferred but not required for the right heart and experience.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour
