Hiring immediately: an energetic team member to grow happiness in our daycare classrooms. Lead Teachers facilitate our BRAVO! curriculum through daily lessons and educational activities for children ages 36-48 months.
Center Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday, 7:15am-5:30pm
As a Lead Teacher, you will:
- Supervise Teacher Assistants and promote developmentally appropriate practices
- Implement the BRAVO! curriculum daily
- Demonstrate warmth and affection towards all children in the center
- Guide children through positive language, positive reinforcement, and redirection
- Communicate effectively with parents and families, including parent conferences
- Attend monthly faculty meetings
- Promote the classroom and the Doodle Bugs! center
- Ensure compliance with company policies, licensing regulations, and staff to child ratios
- Stay current on policies, regulations, laws, standards, and education trends

Qualifications (one of the following):
- Child Development Associate (CDA) credential OR Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, etc.)
- 1 year of experience working with young children
- Candidates that do not meet these qualifications will be considered for other positions (i.e. Teacher Assistant)
