Child Care Teacher & School Bus Driver

We are looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic Child Care Teacher & School Bus Driver to join our team at My Little Hearts Learning Center. This dual‑role position is perfect for someone who loves working with children, enjoys creating a positive learning environment, and takes pride in safe, responsible transportation.

What You’ll Do

• Provide nurturing, developmentally appropriate care for young children
• Create a warm, engaging classroom environment that supports learning and social‑emotional growth
• Lead age‑appropriate activities, routines, and daily lessons
• Safely operate a school bus or passenger van for pick‑up/drop‑off and field trips
• Complete required pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
• Follow all safety, licensing, and center policies
• Maintain accurate attendance, classroom, and transportation records

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children in a licensed childcare or school setting
• Valid driver’s license; school bus or van driving experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure
• A positive, team‑oriented attitude
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
