Skills

• Proven experience in childcare settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying
• Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages
• Ability to manage behavior effectively while fostering positive social interactions
• Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure emergency preparedness
• Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and team members
• Familiarity with classroom experience or caregiving techniques that support toddler and infant care
