Child Care Worker

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Child Care Workers to join our team at our Neshannock Township/New Castle location. As a Child Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 6 weeks to Kindergarten.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive care and supervision of children.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including playtime, arts and crafts, and educational games.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Assist with feeding, diapering, and toileting as needed.
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
• Follow all safety and health guidelines.
• Create a fun and engaging learning environment

Qualifications:

• Must have previous experience working with children in some capacity.
• Education degree is preferred, but not required.
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be reliable and punctual.

Requirements:

• Physical (within the last year)
• TB Test (within the last year)
• Four Clearances obtained and free of record (Criminal, Child Abuse, FBI Fingerprinting and NSOR)

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Part-time and full-time positions available
• Closed on weekends and all major holidays
