Child Care Workers for Richland Country Club!

The Childcare Attendant is responsible for providing a safe & nurturing environment for children in their care by creating a positive & engaging experience while ensuring their safety & well-being. Attends to children's basic needs including feeding, diaper changing, & restroom assistance. Keep a watchful eye on children to prevent conflicts & accidents. Encourages kids to participate in group & individual activities. Facilitates arts & crafts, games, & other age-appropriate activities. Fostering social interactions & skill development. Record keeping of members' drop-off, pick-up & working basic POS program.

Richland Country Club is looking for the following qualities in our Childcare Attendant position:

· The perfect candidate is ideally studying education, child and family development, or a similar College course.

· Must be 18 years or older

· CPR/First Aid Certified is a plus. We are willing to train the right candidate!

· Background in working with children is necessary. This includes, but is not limited to, babysitting, nannying, daycare work, camp counselors, church nannying.

Days and Hours Needed:

· Must be available for Fridays and Saturdays. The Child Care Department is closed on Sundays!

· Shifts are Mondays: 9 am to 1 pm, Tuesday to Saturday: 9 am to 3 pm, and 3 pm to 9 pm.

· Must be able to work Holidays, weekends, and special Child Care Club Events, if needed. We are always closed on Christmas Day!

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Able to meet and perform physical requirements and to work effectively in an environment which is typical of this position.
• Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, stooping and pulling.
• Frequent repetitive motions
• Continuous standing and walking.
• Able to lift, pull or push 30 pounds without assistance.

Background testing and drug testing are required for this position.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
