Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Development Teachers and Assistants to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant educational environment. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to stimulate cognitive and social development.
- Plan and execute engaging lessons that align with early childhood education standards and promote active learning through hands-on activities.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies to create a safe and nurturing environment.
- Support children with special needs through tailored interventions, early intervention techniques, and collaboration with specialists in childhood development and special education.
- Foster strong communication with parents and guardians by providing regular updates on progress, behavior management strategies, and developmental milestones.
- Maintain detailed records of student progress, standardized testing results, lesson plans, and classroom activities to ensure compliance with educational standards.
- Supervise daily toddler care routines, including feeding, hygiene, and emotional support, ensuring a warm and welcoming daycare atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, demonstrating strong classroom management skills.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention strategies, and behavior management techniques.
- Familiarity with curriculum development, literacy education, Montessori methods, and teaching physical education.
- Prior experience in private schools or daycare environments is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and specialists.
- Ability to plan lessons that incorporate standardized testing preparation when appropriate while fostering creativity and curiosity.
