At Circle Creek Therapy, we’re a close-knit, family-centered clinic dedicated to helping children and families thrive. Now settled into our newly remodeled, expanded clinic space, we’re excited to invite a Licensed Social Worker (LICSW) to join our growing Behavioral Health Program.
This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary private practice where you’ll provide mental health counseling, parent and family education, and case management services to a diverse pediatric and family-focused client base.

Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children, adults, and families.

Provide mental health counseling, case management, and therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, and families.

Offer parent and family education on behavioral strategies, stress management, sibling support, and navigating new diagnoses.

Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated, patient-centered care.

Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.

Assist families in accessing community resources and school-based supports.

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

Current Washington State licensure (or eligibility) as an LICSW, LASW, or LSWAA.

Experience providing counseling services to children, adolescents, and families.

Compassionate, resourceful approach to care and excellent communication skills.

A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-based environment.

Prior experience in a pediatric, medical, or therapeutic setting preferred.
