Child Psychologist/ ABA Therapist

Rapid Healing Medical Services (RHMS) is seeking a compassionate and experienced Child Psychologist & ABA Therapist to join our dedicated mental health team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with children and adolescents and providing parental consultations, guidance for emotional, behavioral, and developmental concerns.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children and adolescents

· Provide individual and group therapy sessions addressing emotional, behavioral, learning, and developmental challenges

· Collaborate closely with parents, teachers, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans

· Support children with developmental disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum conditions, and learning difficulties

· Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and progress reports while ensuring strict confidentiality

· Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, case discussions, and care coordination

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology (required)
• ADCP or Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology (preferred)
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience working with children and adolescents in clinical or educational settings
• Strong communication and empathy skills
• Ability to engage effectively with both children and parents
