Job Overview

Kids Gym Preschool & Daycare is seeking a compassionate and qualified Child Psychologist / Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support children’s emotional, behavioral, and developmental well-being through assessment, intervention, and collaboration with educators.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about early intervention, child development, and creating a safe, nurturing environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and small-group therapy sessions for children
• Observe and assess emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs
• Design and implement age-appropriate intervention strategies
• Provide guidance and support to teachers and parents
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports
• Support children with emotional regulation, social skills, and behavioral challenges
• Collaborate with the preschool team to create inclusive learning strategies
• Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics at all times

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Child Psychology
• Certification or training in Child Therapy / Counseling (preferred)
• Experience working with children (ages 2–10 preferred)
• Strong understanding of child development and behavior management

• Ability to build trust with children and families
• Strong observational and reporting skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
