Child Psychologist/ Therapist

Rapid Healing Medical Services (RHMS) is urgently seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Child Clinical Psychologist for our Rawalpindi Clinic.

Position: Child Clinical Psychologist-

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children and adolescents.
• Provide evidence-based psychological therapy and counseling for emotional, behavioral, developmental, and learning concerns.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
• Offer parent counseling, psychoeducation, and behavioral guidance.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, teachers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Support children with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), learning disabilities, anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and other developmental challenges.
• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, treatment plans, and confidential patient records.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and clinical meetings.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
• ADCP (Advanced Diploma in Clinical Psychology) or Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology (Preferred)
• Valid professional credentials and clinical training

Experience

• 2–5 years of hands-on clinical experience working with children and adolescents.
• Experience in psychological assessment and therapy for developmental, behavioral, and emotional disorders.
• Experience in parent counseling and family interventions.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches including CBT, Play Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and ABA principles will be considered an advantage.
• Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: Rs223.00 - Rs500.00 per month
