Hours of Availability Required: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Role Summary

Jovie Childcare, in partnership with Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing, is seeking experienced caregivers for Emergency / Backup In-Home Childcare supporting infants through preschool-aged children (birth-5 years). This role requires flexibility for short-notice or same-day assignments during the 7:00 AM-7:00 PM coverage window in rotating family homes.

Schedule

• Available to work between the hours of: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Typical shifts ~8 hours
• Part-time or full-time schedules based on family needs

Requirements (Must Have)

• 2+ years professional childcare experience (infant-5)
• Private in home care experience is a plus
• Professional and character references
• CPR/First Aid (or willing)
• Reliable car | Active auto insurance
• Willing to travel 45-60 minutes or within 35 miles
• Pet-friendly; no pet allergies
• Comfortable with emergency / short-notice care
• Available to work between 7:00 AM-7:00 PM
