Responsibilities

- Lead strategic planning initiatives to enhance program quality, expand community outreach, and support organizational growth.
- Manage program budgets efficiently, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet educational and operational goals.
- Supervise teaching staff and administrative personnel, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities.
- Oversee classroom activities to ensure a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for children of diverse backgrounds.
- Coordinate fundraising efforts to secure grants and community support that sustain program initiatives.
- Represent the organization at public events, parent meetings, and community forums through confident public speaking and advocacy.
Experience
- Proven experience in education administration or early childhood program management with a focus on curriculum development.
- Strong background in leadership roles within childcare or educational settings, demonstrating effective management of teams and resources.
- Extensive working knowledge of classroom experience, teaching methodologies, and working directly with students.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, budgeting, and fundraising activities to support program sustainability.
- Supervising experience with staff recruitment, training, performance management, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills suitable for public speaking engagements with parents, community partners, and stakeholders.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
