Childcare Assistant Teachers and Floats

Job Overview:
We are seeking passionate Childcare Assistant Teachers and Floats/Breakers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with children in a childcare setting.

Responsibilities:
- Help implement lesson plans that meet the educational and developmental needs of children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Help with conducting activities that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Help with teacher breaks, meal times, nap times, and outdoor time - depending on shift
- Help to maintain clean and organized classrooms conducive to learning
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create positive learning experiences

Skills:
- Having a love for children!
- Comfortable working with preschool-aged and younger children
- Ability to recognize when help or assistance with something is needed and to jump right in
- Strong caregiving skills and patience when working with young children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for interacting with students, parents, and co-workers

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
