Childcare Center Lead Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Center Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for young children. This position involves implementing developmentally appropriate practices that promote child welfare and early childhood education, while also encouraging social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

Duties

• Educate children through engaging activities that promote learning and development.
• Create and implement lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Utilize methods to encourage independent learning and exploration.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.

• Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.

Skills
