At Kiddie Academy of Woodbury, we’re growing quickly and looking to build a strong team of passionate educators who want to make a difference in the lives of children every day. Whether you’re an experienced Lead Teacher, an Assistant Teacher, or just beginning your childcare career as an Aide, we’d love to meet you.

We are hiring for full-time, part-time & summer positions across multiple classrooms and age groups.

What We’re Looking For

• Positive, dependable, team-oriented individuals
• Passion for working with children
• Strong communication and classroom teamwork skills
• Ability to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment
• Experience in childcare or education preferred, but not required for all roles
• Lead Teacher candidates should meet Minnesota teacher qualification requirements or be working toward them

Responsibilities

• Support daily classroom activities and routines
• Engage children through play-based learning and educational activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment
• Build strong relationships with families and coworkers
• Assist with supervision, meals, transitions, and daily care needs

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and professional
• Must be able to pass required background checks
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous childcare experience is a plus, but we are willing to train great people with the right attitude
