Looking for a meaningful part-time position where you can make a difference every day?

Morning Star Academy is seeking a warm, reliable, and energetic team member to help close out our day while caring for and engaging with our students in a safe, loving, and Christ-centered environment.

Schedule

Part-time afternoon shifts:
2:30/3:00 PM – 5:30/6:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
Perfect for students, moms, or anyone looking for consistent, part-time hours!

What You’ll Do

• Help supervise and care for children ages infant–5 years
• Assist with end-of-day routines and classroom cleanup
• Engage children through play, conversation, and simple activities
• Maintain a safe, calm, and positive environment
• Support classroom teachers and help ensure a smooth closing transition

What We’re Looking For

• A love for working with young children
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Dependable and team-oriented
• Ability to stay attentive and engaged with children at all times
• Previous childcare experience is a plus (but not required)

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
