Preschool Teacher / Childcare Provider

Infants, preschool age (Under 3.5 Years)

Full-Time | Monday–Friday

We are a nurturing, relationship-based preschool seeking a full-time Preschool Teacher / Childcare Provider to join our team caring for children under 3.5 years old. This position is ideal for someone who truly enjoys working with infants and toddlers and understands early childhood development.

What You’ll Do:

Provide a safe, loving, and structured environment for infants and young toddlers

Support daily routines including diapering, potty learning, meals, naps, and transitions

Plan and engage children in age-appropriate play, music, stories, and sensory activities

Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families

Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets state licensing requirements

Communicate daily with parents about their child’s care and milestones

What We’re Looking For:

Must be 18 plus years old, No smoking or drugs

Experience working with infants and/or toddlers (center, preschool, or in-home childcare)

Genuine patience, calm energy, and a nurturing teaching style

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)

Early Childhood Education units or training preferred (but not required, depending on role)

Schedule:

Full-time position

Monday–Friday open from 730 to 5

Consistent schedule (no evenings or weekends)
