Little Beginnings Learning Center is growing, and we’re looking for compassionate, dependable educators to join our team. We are a faith-centered, nature-inspired early learning program that believes childhood should be meaningful, joyful, and rooted in strong relationships.

We currently have both full-time and part-time openings and are intentional about creating schedules that support a healthy balance between work and life.

What You’ll Do:

• Support children’s development through engaging, hands-on experiences
• Guide daily routines with patience, structure, and warmth
• Incorporate faith-based values and nature exploration into learning
• Maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing classroom
• Partner with families and coworkers to create a strong community
• Follow Minnesota DHS licensing regulations and center policies

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in early childhood or childcare is helpful, but not required
• Someone aligned with a faith-based, nature-focused approach
• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented individuals
• A genuine love for working with young children
• Must meet Minnesota DHS licensing requirements
