We're building a team of skilled, caring individuals who love working with families and young children, and we're excited to offer a structured internship opportunity designed specifically for students studying Childhood Development or Early Childhood Education.

About the Role

This internship is ideal for former Au Pairs who are now enrolled in a U.S. college or university on an F-1 student visa. You already know how to support families — now let's make it official.

As a Rosie Pro Intern, you'll provide in-home childcare and family support services to families in the greater Seattle area. This role is structured to meet CPT and OPT requirements, including defined learning objectives, a trained supervisor, and a formal offer letter you can present to your Designated School Official (DSO).

What You'll Do

• Provide in-home childcare and family assistance to Rosie-matched families (infants through school age)
• Support family routines including drop-offs, meals, nap schedules, and light household tasks
• Apply and deepen skills in child development, early education practices, and family communication

Program Details

• Up to 20 hours per week
• 3-month internship (aligned with academic terms)
• 3 structured learning objectives tied to your field of study
• Dedicated supervisor and regular check-ins
• Formal offer letter provided for CPT/OPT authorization
• 1099 available
