Responsibilities

• Develop and implement dynamic curriculum plans that promote early childhood education, literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional development.
• Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and respect among children.
• Manage daily classroom activities, including lesson planning, behavior management, and classroom organization to ensure a safe and productive space.
• Support children with special educational needs through tailored interventions and early intervention strategies.
• Foster effective communication with children, parents, and colleagues to promote child welfare and holistic development.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with children in early childhood education settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools is plus.
• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies.
• Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or tutoring sessions.
• Experience with special education practices and early intervention programs is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and team members.
• Ability to manage classroom activities efficiently while maintaining a positive learning environment.
