Childcare Lead Teacher

Lead teachers will be responsible for various tasks depending on the ages, but also to engage and plan devotions with the children through circle time, watching the children through outdoor play, setting up for meals, planning art projects, taking the children outside and to the gym, and cleaning.

Depending on the room placed in, Lead Teachers will have a set schedule.

2 Year Old Room

• Mon-Fri. 11:30am-5:30pm

3 Year Old Room

• Mon.-Fri. 11:30am-5:30pm

Qualifications

• Two years of experience required
• Or when applicable, applicant must take 60 hours of state-required orientation classes.
• They must be able to pass a background check and, within 90 days, pass a CPR and First Aid course.
• Certification in early childhood education or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
