Qualifications

• ECE AA (Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education), (Still-In-School, ok.)
• Minimum 1 Year Experience with a Licensed Daycare Center
• Bilingual (Spanish) - Required
• Reliable transportation to Melrose Park

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom
• Organize activities that implement the current curriculum
• Develop schedules and routines to ensure that children have enough physical activity, rest, and playtime
• Prepare + serve meals/snacks and coordinate mealtimes for children
• Help children keep good hygiene. Change the diapers of infants and toddlers
• Keep records of children’s progress, routines, and interest
• Maintain a clean classroom
• Effectively communicate with parents on child growth, behavior, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Center Director.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
