The Role

As the Kit Care Manager, you are the heartbeat of the Kit Care department. You won’t just be supervising; you’ll be mentoring staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and fun.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage all Kit Care workers, fostering a professional and enthusiastic team culture.
• Operational Oversight: Manage staff scheduling to ensure proper ratios and seamless coverage during club events and peak hours.
• Program Development: Create and implement creative activities, crafts, and games that keep children of various ages engaged.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and secure environment, ensuring all safety protocols and check-in/out procedures are strictly followed.
• Member Relations: Build strong relationships with parents, providing professional updates and ensuring a premium experience for every family.

What We’re Looking For

• Leadership Experience: Proven track record in a supervisory role within a childcare, school, or recreational setting.
• Organizational Skills: A knack for logistics—balancing schedules, supplies, and administrative tasks with ease.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills; you should be as comfortable talking to a toddler as you are to Club Members.
• Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain immediately).
• Energy: Someone who brings a positive, "can-do" attitude to the club every single day with a fun and creative twist!
