ECC Hermantown is a Faith based Center in the Keene Creek neighborhood of Hermantown with the desire to change the way our community understands Childcare. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated closer to join our team. As a closer, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young learners and fostering their growth and development.

Responsibilities:
- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience
- Foster a love for learning through engaging activities and projects
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Experience in tutoring or providing additional academic support is a plus
