Childcare / Preschool Director

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Director to serve as a Co-Director and join our team of creative, caring, dedicated professionals who spend their days making a difference in the growth and education of young children.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the childcare center, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to promote learning and development.
• Supervise and support staff members, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Communicate effectively with parents, addressing any concerns or questions promptly.
• Maintain compliance with licensing regulations and uphold high standards of care.
• Collaborate with teachers and specialists to support children with diverse needs.

Daycare Childcare Director MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• 5 years of direct experience in a similar position
• Strong verbal and written communicator with some tech-savvy
• Strong team player / team builder
• Understand childcare and have a passion to continue learning and grow in this field.
