Childcare Program Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Program Manager with a Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood or a related field to lead and coordinate impactful programs within our organization. As Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing teachers and classrooms and ensuring the successful execution of programs that align with our mission. Responsibilities

• Manage volunteer recruitment, training, supervision, and retention to build a motivated and effective team.
• Coordinate teachers and program activities with community groups.
• Lead public speaking engagements to promote the Center, raise awareness, and foster community support.
• Manage social media platforms and marketing campaigns to increase visibility and engagement across digital channels.
• Facilitate fundraising initiatives by identifying opportunities, cultivating relationships with donors, and preparing grant proposals.
• Oversee government programs.

Requirements

• Must possess a degree in early childhood education or related field.
• Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently.
• Knowledge of social media management tools and marketing strategies for community outreach.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate the team and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience and knowledge in childcare.

Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
