About the Job:

Do you love working with kids?

We're looking for a warm, patient, and caring person to join our team and help children grow, build confidence, and reach their full potential. No advanced degree required — just a genuine heart for helping others.

What You'll Actually Be Doing:

You'll spend your time working one-on-one with children, following a personalized plan designed by a specialist to help each child learn new skills and overcome challenges. You'll keep simple notes on how each child is progressing, work alongside a supportive team, and occasionally help families learn techniques they can use at home, too.

You'd Be a Great Fit if You:

Have experience with children in any setting — babysitting, tutoring, teaching, coaching, or childcare all count.
Are patient, observant, and genuinely enjoy watching kids succeed.
Can keep simple records and communicate clearly with a team.
Take privacy seriously and treat every family with respect.
