Job Title: Preschool Teacher / Childcare Provider

Pay: Starting at $15/hour with merit-based pay increases after 30 days based on reliability, performance, and teamwork.

Job Description:
Kids Kampus is looking for a dependable, caring, and positive individual to join our childcare team. We are a high-quality early childhood program that focuses on creating a supportive environment for both children and staff. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children, works well with others, and is reliable.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times
• Assist with daily routines and classroom activities
• Help maintain a clean and organized classroom
• Communicate with parents and staff professionally
• Work as part of a team to create a positive environment

Qualifications:

• Must be dependable and responsible
• Must enjoy working with children
• Must be able to pass required background checks
• Experience in childcare or early childhood education preferred, but not required
