Childcare Provider

Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians
- Ensure the well-being and physical safety of children at all times
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and diapering as needed
- Foster positive social interactions and promote good behavior management techniques
- Engage children in creative play, arts and crafts, and outdoor activities
- Follow established routines and schedules to provide consistency for children

Requirements:
- Previous experience in babysitting, childcare, or preschool settings
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to provide a nurturing and supportive environment for children
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, flexibility, and adaptability to meet the needs of individual children
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors and implement behavior management strategies
- Experience with infant care, including feeding, diapering, and soothing techniques
- Knowledge of toddler care, including toilet training and age-appropriate activities

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Additional certifications in early childhood education or related field preferred
