Childcare Provider

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of various ages, between 3 months to 5 years old. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting children's developmental needs through attentive caregiving, educational activities, and positive behavior management. Your energy and enthusiasm will help foster a joyful atmosphere where children feel valued, supported, and inspired to explore and learn. Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills
• Support infants and toddlers with feeding, diapering, nap routines, and developmental milestones
• Manage classroom or daycare environments to encourage positive behavior and respectful interactions
• Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about children's progress and daily experiences
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assist children with homework or educational exercises as needed, fostering a love for learning

Experience

• Willing to train
• Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles is highly desirable
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education methods
• Experience caring for infants and toddlers, including feeding routines and developmental activities
• Familiarity with behavior management techniques to support positive social interactions
• Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; ongoing training in childcare best practices is a plus
• Hands-on experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is advantageous
• Classroom experience or early childhood education coursework can enhance your ability to succeed in this role

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
