Childcare Provider

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and the ability to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. This role involves caring for children of various ages, including toddlers, while promoting their physical, emotional, and social development.

Duties

• Provide attentive and responsive care to children in a safe environment.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
• Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and nap times.
• Maintain a clean and organized childcare space.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
• Ensure the safety of all children by adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Support children with special needs or disabilities as required.
• Foster positive relationships with children to encourage their emotional well-being.

Requirements

• Experience in childcare settings such as daycare or classroom environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles is a plus.
• Skills in infant care, toddler care, and general caregiving are essential.
• First aid certification is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with parents and other caregivers.
• A nurturing attitude with a genuine love for working with children.
