Childcare Provider (infant-school age)

Inspired Kids Academy is looking for a caring, flexible Floating Child Care Provider to support our classrooms as needed. This role works with all age groups and helps cover breaks, planning time, and staff absences. It’s a great opportunity to gain experience and grow into a permanent teaching position.

What You’ll Do

• Provide nurturing care to children ages 6 weeks–10 years
• Step into different classrooms throughout the day
• Support daily routines, activities, and smooth transitions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive learning environment
• Work collaboratively with teachers and staff

What We’re Looking For

• Enjoy working with children and being part of a team
• Flexible, dependable, and adaptable
• Child care experience preferred, but not required
• Must meet state licensing and background check requirements

Pay: $16.00 - $21.50 per hour
