Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate and educate children in a daycare setting.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Provide basic care, including feeding, diapering, and naptime routines.
- Foster positive relationships with children and their families.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the daycare facility.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- A strong understanding of childhood development principles and practices.
- Experience working with children in an educational or caregiving setting.
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques to create a structured learning environment.
- First aid certification is preferred.
- A degree or certification in early childhood education is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other teachers and staff members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
