Childcare Staff — Teacher Assistant, Substitute & Floater

Second Blessings Daycare is a licensed, family-centered childcare center located at 1158 Harrison St, Conway, AR 72032. We are currently hiring for multiple positions including Teacher Assistant, Substitute, and Floater.

Who We Are: We are a warm, professional, and owner-operated childcare center dedicated to providing high-quality care and early learning experiences for the children and families we serve. We are a small, close-knit center where every team member matters.

Positions Available:

• Teacher Assistant (up to 40 hrs/week)
• Substitute / Floater (as needed, 5–20 hrs/week)
• Part-Time Staff (15–25 hrs/week)

What You Will Do:

• Support lead teachers in daily classroom activities and routines
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children
• Assist with meals, nap time, hygiene routines, and transitions
• Follow all Arkansas childcare licensing guidelines and center policies
• Step in as needed to maintain proper staff-to-child ratios

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Current CPR & First Aid certification or willingness to obtain before start date
• Must pass a background check
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous childcare, classroom, or early childhood experience
• Familiarity with Arkansas childcare licensing requirements
• Experience with children ages 0–12
