About the Role

As a Substitute Teacher, Assistant, or Aide, you’ll step into classrooms to support young learners, help teachers, and keep children engaged in a safe, caring environment.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and willingness to commute up to 25 miles

• Availability for at least 22 hours per week, between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Dependable, positive attitude and love for children

Nice to Have

• Experience in a licensed childcare center

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field

Pay: $17–$21/hour (based on experience and education)

Location: Twin Cities Metro Area
