Childcare Teacher

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Certified Montessori Preschool Teachers and teachers for our toddlers to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves designing engaging lesson plans, implementing effective teaching strategies, and providing individualized support to each child. A strong commitment to early childhood education and a love for working with young learners is essential.

Responsibilities - Implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards.

• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all students.
• Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social skills and emotional growth.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's development at home.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques.
• Provide individualized support for children with special needs or developmental delays.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes learning through play.

Skills

• Strong understanding of childhood development principles.
• Experience in classroom management and behavior management techniques.
• Ability to develop engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles.
• Knowledge of special education practices and early intervention strategies.
• Experience in toddler care or daycare settings is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team focused on student success.
• Familiarity with tutoring methods to support individual learning needs.
