Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Childcare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a warm and engaging classroom environment, support children’s developmental milestones, and collaborate with families to promote holistic growth.

Responsibilities

• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
• Support children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development through play and structured activities.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child’s progress.
• Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and licensing regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold HIH’s Vision and Core Values

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or educational setting.
• Knowledge of child development principles and early learning best practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
