Childcare Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children, fostering their development through engaging activities and positive interactions. The Child Care Teacher will work with infants, toddlers or preschool aged children, ensuring that each child's individual needs are met while promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play.
• Provide attentive care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Foster a positive classroom environment by encouraging good behavior and managing conflicts effectively.
• Engage children in various activities that support their physical, emotional, and social development.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience for all students.
• Keep the classroom organized, clean, and conducive to learning.
• Observe and assess children's development regularly to tailor activities to their needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in infant care or toddler care is preferred.
• Background in early childhood education or related field is highly desirable.
• Strong caregiving skills with the ability to manage behavior.
• Previous experience in babysitting or nannying is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• A genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and development.
