We’re Hiring: Early Childhood Teachers for Infants, Toddlers, and Pre-K Students!

At Children’s Lighthouse, we celebrate the joy of learning every day, rain or shine! Our mission is to provide exceptional care and education for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years, supporting their positive development across all areas of growth. We’re looking for experienced and energetic teachers who LOVE what they do! If you have a genuine passion for working with children but may not yet have direct experience in an early childhood education setting, don’t worry, we are happy to provide training for enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and grow.

Your Role:

• Create a Nurturing Environment: Foster a caring atmosphere while prioritizing the health and safety of all children.
• Engage and Inspire: Plan and implement engaging lessons, maintain structured daily schedules, and keep classrooms clean and organized—you’ll be the guiding light in their everyday adventures!
• Build Relationships: Connect with children, parents, and team members while promoting positive behavior and celebrating cultural diversity.
• Bus Driving Responsibility: Candidates must be willing and able to safely drive a school bus as needed, in accordance with licensing and safety requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• A friendly demeanor, joyful spirit, and a genuine love for educating children.
