Responsibilities

• Support children with special needs by adapting activities and environments to meet individual requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom or daycare setting that encourages learning and exploration
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, behavior, and any concerns
• Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and potty training for infants and toddlers
• Apply classroom management techniques to foster positive behavior and conflict resolution among children
