Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and educational activities.
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood education.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment by following health and safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns.
• Assist children with daily routines, including personal hygiene and meal times.
• Foster social skills through group activities and encourage positive interactions among children.
• Monitor children's behavior to ensure compliance with rules and promote positive discipline techniques.
• Must be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Fingerprint background/criminal background checks required as we work with children.

Pay: $13.50 - $14.25 per hour
