Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Worker to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote childhood development, including play-based learning and educational exercises
- Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap time, and potty training for infants and toddlers
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care when necessary
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children’s progress, behavior, and needs
- Enforce classroom management strategies to foster positive behavior and social skills among children
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or similar setting is highly preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and age-appropriate activities
- Experience with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies
- Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications in special education or working with individuals with disabilities are advantageous
- Familiarity with infant care, toddler care, preschool curriculum planning, and early childhood education practices
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds and needs

Pay: $13.00 - $14.45 per hour
